Position: Social Media Manager
Department: Marketing
Reporting To: Marketing Head
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.
Develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotional activities.
Create creative posts, reels, videos, banners, and marketing materials.
Track competitors' activities and industry trends.
Manage influencer collaborations and digital marketing initiatives.
Monitor and improve audience engagement, followers, and reach.
Required Skills:
Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
Strong content writing and communication skills.
Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge.
Creative thinking and trend awareness.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Growth in followers and engagement rate.
Number of leads generated through social media.
Campaign performance and ROI.
Content consistency and brand visibility.
