We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can independently drive online growth and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, B2B platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
📈 Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads from social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
🛒 Marketplace Management: Handle product listings, promotions, and sales operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
🎯 Campaign Execution: Plan and run digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize reach and conversions.
📊 Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
🤝 Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
🖥️ Content & Branding: Create engaging content, manage brand presence, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce platform management.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and B2B portals.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
