Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

• Create engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories, blogs) tailored to each channel.

• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

• Manage paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

• Engage with followers, respond to queries/messages, and build an online community.

• Work with influencers/partners to expand reach and visibility.

• Develop monthly social media calendars and reporting dashboards.
