Position Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive with a

mandatory 3 years of agency experience. The candidate will independently

manage multiple (min 8) client accounts, execute performance marketing

campaigns, optimize AI SEO initiatives, leverage AI tools, and present business-

focused insights to clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in

a fast-paced agency environment and achieving measurable business

outcomes.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

● Minimum 3+ years of Digital Marketing Agency experience (Mandatory).

● Graduate degree is mandatory; MBA (Marketing) preferred.

● Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization.

● Working knowledge of AI SEO, GEO, AEO, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.

● Experience handling multiple client (Min 8) accounts simultaneously.

● Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

● Willing to work from the office in Viman Nagar, Pune.

● Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 30 days preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

● Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube

campaigns.

● Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion metrics.

● Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and A/B testing.

● Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.

AI SEO, GEO, AEO

● Execute modern AI SEO; perform technical, on-page and local SEO.

● Keyword research, content optimization, Search Console & GA4 monitoring.

● Improve organic rankings and qualified traffic.

Analytics & Tracking

● Implement GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

● Prepare Looker Studio reports and actionable insights.

● Analyze user journeys and optimize conversion funnels.

AI & Automation

● Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI and Perplexity for campaign execution.

● Create AI-assisted ad copies, content, landing pages and reports.

● Explore automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Client Management

● Handle multiple client accounts and coordinate with internal teams.

● Conduct review meetings and present performance reports.

● Identify upsell and growth opportunities.

Interview Process

● Profile Screening: Recruitment agency shares shortlisted profiles. Yashus HR

screens candidates and schedules a Face-to-Face interview at the Viman

Nagar office.

● Technical Interview: Candidates are evaluated on technical expertise,

communication skills, experience, and alignment with Yashus's work-from-

office culture.

● Office-Based Assignment: Shortlisted candidates complete a practical

assignment at the office and present their approach and solution to the

interview panel. (3 hrs)

● Evaluation & HR Round: The hiring team reviews interview performance and

assignment quality. Selected candidates attend the HR round within 3–5

working days to discuss role expectations, compensation, and company

policies.

● Final Selection & Offer: Candidates meeting the required technical,

assignment, and cultural fit criteria receive the offer letter, followed by

document verification and onboarding.
