Performance Marketing Manager responsible for end-to-end ownership of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. The role focuses on campaign management, media buying, and performance optimization to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and experienced in running high-efficiency campaigns for mobile-first products.
Key Responsibilities
•	Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, OEMs, affiliate networks etc.
•	Own audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategies, and platform selection based on goals
•	Ensure timely execution and smooth delivery across all active campaigns
•	Monitor key campaign metrics, identify trends, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and performance
•	Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audience segments
•	Use analytics and attribution tools to assess performance and inform decisions
•	Work closely with the design team to develop high-performing ad creatives
•	Provide data-backed feedback and briefs for new assets and campaign variations
•	Collaborate with product, CRM, and data teams to align campaign goals with broader business objectives
•	Partner with agencies, publishers, or channel representatives where applicable
