📍 Position: Digital Marketing Manager – Social Media

📌 Experience Required:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience• in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing

Minimum 1+ year of experience in team handling and leadership•

Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously•

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube•

Plan, manage, and monitor paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager• and Google Ads

• Handle end-to-end social media operations, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and performance analysis

• Manage multiple brand accounts while ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity

• Create monthly content calendars and coordinate with creative, content, and video teams

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant analytics tools

• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI

• Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging trends, tools, and opportunities

• Oversee Social Media Optimization (SMO) activities to improve organic growth and audience engagement

• Collaborate with sales and business teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives and designers to ensure timely delivery and quality output

🛠️ Required Skills & Tools:

Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)•

Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing)•

Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, SocialPilot, or similar platforms•

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite•

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and campaign optimization

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

• Digital marketing certifications from Google, Meta, or other recognized platforms will be an added advantage
