Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Nykaa etc.)
Worked on Shopify/ Wordpress
Upload and update product listings (A+ listing, Bulk Listing, Manual Listing) including titles, descriptions, images, sizing, and pricing.
Coordinate with buying and merchandising teams to ensure timely product launches and stock accuracy.
Optimize product content to improve visibility and conversions (SEO, tags, meta descriptions).
Execute online promotions, seasonal sales, and marketing campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and traffic patterns to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Keep track of competitor activity and emerging e-commerce trends in the apparel market.
Manage marketplace listings (Amazon, Myntra, Shopify, Naykaa, Ajio, etc.) if applicable.
Manage and file SPF (Seller Protection Fund) claims for damaged/ lost items of fraudulent returns.
Run and monitor CPC (Cost Per Click) campaigns on different platforms.
Handle GTIN exemption/assumption process where applicable
Upload A+ content and enhance product visibility through SEO-driven product descriptions.
Ensure accurate content, pricing, and categorization across all platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology or related filed
3–6+ years of experience in managing fashion/lifestyle products across e-commerce marketplaces like Shopify, myntra, ajio, and amazon.
Strong understanding of Shopify, Myntra Partner Portal, AJIO Vendor Central, Nykaa Fashion Seller Panel, and Amazon Seller Central
Hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Canva (preferred), basic image editing for content optimization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple platforms simultaneously.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
