Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing activities, social media handling, website management, product updates, and online order processing for our jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp Business

• Create and upload product posts, reels, and promotional content

• Run Meta Ads and basic online marketing campaigns

• Handle website updates and product uploads regularly

• Manage product catalog, pricing, and stock updates on website

• Process and manage online customer orders

• Coordinate with dispatch and sales team for smooth order handling

• Handle SEO and online branding activities

• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports

• Work on Canva, Excel, and basic editing tools

• Manage customer engagement and inquiries on social media

Requirements:

• Graduation compulsory

• 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce

• Knowledge of social media marketing and Meta Ads

• Experience in website handling and product management

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Canva & content creation

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
