Position: E-Commerce Manager
Location: Vesu, Surat
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: Relevant experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with AJIO & Myntra

About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented E-Commerce Manager who can manage and grow online marketplace operations, improve sales performance, and build strong marketplace presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations on AJIO, Myntra and other marketplaces.

• Manage product listings, cataloguing, pricing and promotions.

• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns to increase sales and visibility.

• Monitor sales, revenue, orders, inventory and marketplace performance.

• Analyse market trends, competitors and customer behaviour.

• Develop strategies to improve sales, conversion and profitability.

• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, design and product operations.

• Prepare regular reports and track important marketplace KPIs.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Required Skills

• Mandatory experience with AJIO & Myntra.

• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and e-commerce processes.

• Good knowledge of product listing, cataloguing, pricing and promotions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good Excel and reporting skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
