Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in online marketing tools and be well-versed in current marketing trends and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

• Manage and maintain the organization’s website and optimize content for SEO and conversion.

• Monitor and analyze performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

• Execute and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
