Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location: 3/B, 1st Floor, Asad Compound, Opp. Mukund Hospital, Marol Pipeline, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400059

Role overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage social media, run campaigns, and generate both organic and paid leads for the company. The role is suitable for someone with basic digital marketing exposure who is fast learning and comfortable with leads, ads, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.) – content planning, posting, and engagement.

• Run lead generation campaigns (ads and organic) to attract candidates, clients, or customers and pass qualified leads to the team.

• Track and report on organic and paid performance (reach, engagement, leads, CTR, CPL, etc.) using basic tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Excel.indeed+1

• Assist in preparing creatives (copy + basic visuals) and coordinating with the design team for posts and ads.

• Maintain basic lead records and follow up sheets in Excel/Google Sheets to support the HR / sales team.

Skills & experience

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, Google / Meta ads, lead funnels.

• Ability to generate both organic and paid leads from social media and other online channels.

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English), comfortable talking to leads and updating the team.

• Fresher friendly; prior experience in HR / recruitment / man power related digital marketing is a plus.
