We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to expand our company's online presence and drive customer engagement. This role requires a self-starter, proactive individual, and an effective team player. The ideal candidate will develop and execute digital marketing strategies using both online and offline methods to attract new clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve organic search rankings.
Manage and optimize social media platforms with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube.
Analyze and interpret website and campaign performance data using Google Analytics.
Collaborate effectively with agencies, providing clear briefs and ensuring timely execution.
Coordinate with freelancers via platforms like Fiverr for various marketing tasks.
Lead a creative team including graphic designers, content creators, and photographers.
Oversee website management, ensuring regular updates and blog content.
Enhance content with video editing, photo editing (Photoshop/Canva), and other creative tools.
Ensure consistent and engaging content across all digital platforms.
Leverage Excel and PowerPoint for performance reporting and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven expertise in SEO, social media management, and content creation.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and campaign optimization.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Positive attitude with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Familiarity with video editing and design tools (Photoshop/Canva) is an asset.

Collaborate with a team of 2 graphic designers, 1 social media manager, and 1 photographer to achieve marketing objectives.
