Unbounded Learning is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in generating leads for B.Tech, Diploma & PhD university programs.

What You'll Do:

• Run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads for lead generation

• Optimize SEO, landing pages & funnels for better conversions

• Manage and nurture leads via CRM, WhatsApp & email marketing tools

• Handle retargeting, remarketing & performance tracking

• Coordinate with counseling team to align marketing with sales goals

• Manage listing platforms like Shiksha, CollegeDunia, etc. (preferred)

What We're Looking For:

✅ 3–6 years in Digital/Performance Marketing
✅ Strong experience in education lead generation
✅ Worked with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Zoho, Mailchimp
✅ Knows how to bring down CPL and scale quality student leads
