Digital Marketing Executive

Solve Axis is a growing legal-tech and business infrastructure ecosystem, operating as a business group behind brands including SolveLegalX, SolveGlobalX, OK Acquired, and Solve Desk.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage paid acquisition campaigns and turn advertising budgets into measurable, repeatable business growth.

About the Role

The role will involve managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple brands, with a strong focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, campaign optimization and measurable performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimize and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Manage lead generation, remarketing and customer acquisition campaigns.

• Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rate and ROAS.

• Conduct campaign, competitor, audience and market research.

• Test creatives, messaging, audiences, offers and landing pages.

• Work with the design, content and technology teams to improve campaign performance.

• Monitor tracking, analytics and conversion data.

• Prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations.

• Use AI-assisted tools and workflows for research, analysis, reporting and campaign ideation.

• Work closely with founders and the CMO on performance marketing strategy and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.

• Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Experience managing approximately ₹2–4 lakh or more in monthly advertising spend.

• Strong experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.

• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Good understanding of campaign metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rate and ROAS.

• Good understanding of how creatives, messaging and landing pages influence campaign performance.

• Practical experience using AI tools for marketing workflows is an advantage.

• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field will be preferred.

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
