Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to manage our digital presence, support marketing campaigns and handle prospective customer enquiries.

The role combines digital marketing, content creation, website management, lead generation and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts.

Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content.

Coordinate with the digital marketing agency on campaigns, creatives and performance.

Assist in managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Manage Google Business Profile, customer reviews and local SEO activities.

2. Content Creation & Website Management

Visit project sites to capture photographs and videos.

Create and edit reels, promotional videos and other digital content.

Maintain and update the WordPress/Elementor website, including project portfolios, images and content.

Coordinate content approvals with the Principal Designer.

3. Business Development & Lead Management

Handle incoming enquiries and outbound follow-up calls.

Qualify leads and schedule client meetings.

Maintain CRM records and prospective customer databases.

Manage WhatsApp Business communications and follow-up activities.

Generate leads for residential and commercial projects.

4. Analytics & Marketing Strategy

Monitor website traffic, social media engagement and advertising performance.

Analyse Google Analytics, campaign reports and lead conversions.

Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and marketing ROI.

Research competitor activities and recommend marketing improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.

Hands-on experience with WordPress, preferably Elementor.

Proficiency in Canva, CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Experience managing social media platforms.

Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and SEO.

Strong communication, telecalling and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.

Comfortable visiting project sites for photography and video content creation.
