About the Role

Spaces & Me is seeking a creative, proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to manage our digital presence, support marketing campaigns and handle prospective customer enquiries.

The role combines digital marketing, content creation, website management, lead generation and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content.

• Coordinate daily with our digital marketing agency on campaigns, creatives and performance.

• Assist in managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Manage Google Business Profile, reviews and local SEO initiatives.

Content Creation & Website

• Visit project sites to shoot photographs and videos.

• Create and edit reels, promotional videos and other digital content.

• Maintain and update our WordPress/Elementor website, including project portfolios, images and content.

• Coordinate content approvals with the Principal Designer.

Business Development & Lead Management

• Handle incoming enquiries and outbound follow-up calls.

• Qualify leads, schedule client meetings and maintain CRM records.

• Develop databases of prospective residential and commercial clients.

• Manage WhatsApp Business communications and follow-up activities.

Analytics & Strategy

• Monitor website traffic, social media engagement and advertising performance.

• Analyse Google Analytics, campaign reports and lead conversions.

• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, marketing effectiveness and return on advertising expenditure.

• Research competitor activities and recommend marketing improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.

• Hands-on experience with WordPress, preferably Elementor.

• Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Experience managing social media platforms.

• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and SEO.

• Strong communication, telecalling and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare reports.

• Comfortable visiting project sites for content creation.

Candidates with experience in independently managing digital advertising campaigns will be preferred.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of assigned responsibilities, contribute fresh ideas and grow with the organisation.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
