Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Head to lead the overall marketing and brand strategy for our premium clubhouse. The candidate will be responsible for building the club's brand, driving membership awareness, and creating high-quality events, campaigns and experiences across all clubhouse amenities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for the clubhouse.
2. Plan and manage the complete annual marketing and events calendar.
3. Lead marketing for club launches, membership campaigns, festivals, sports events, lifestyle events, corporate events and special experiences
4. Drive digital marketing across social media, performance marketing, content, influencers and online campaigns.
5. Develop campaigns to generate membership leads and improve conversions in coordination with the sales team.
6. Build partnerships with brands, influencers, corporates, communities and event partners.
7. Oversee creative content, branding, photoshoots, videos, campaigns and promotional materials.
8. Manage external agencies, vendors, event partners and marketing budgets.
9. Ensure consistent premium brand positioning and customer experience across all club locations.
10. Track campaign performance, lead generation, event participation and marketing ROI.
11. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and plans for management.
