We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can manage end-to-end digital growth across website, marketplaces, paid ads, and content.
This role is not limited to execution — it requires ownership of performance, creativity, and conversion optimization.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Performance Marketing & Ads
Plan and execute Meta Ads (full-funnel: awareness → conversion)
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR
Conduct audience targeting, creative testing, and scaling
🔹 Website & Conversion Optimization
Manage Shopify website updates (banners, landing pages, product pages)
Improve UI/UX and checkout flow to increase conversions
Implement and monitor Meta Pixel & tracking events
🔹 Marketplace Management (Amazon & Flipkart)
Optimize product listings with SEO-driven titles & content
Plan A+ content and improve conversion rates
Track performance metrics and improve organic ranking
🔹 Content Creation & Creative Strategy
Plan and execute product shoots, demo videos, and lifestyle content
Coordinate with design team for ad creatives and campaigns
Develop high-converting video and reel concepts
🔹 Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Plan and execute monthly content calendar
Manage reels/posts aligned with campaigns
Handle influencer collaborations and content approvals
🔹 WhatsApp Marketing & Automation
Manage WhatsApp campaigns (broadcast + automation)
Set up abandoned cart recovery flows
Improve repeat purchase through targeted messaging
🔹 Customer Conversion & Direct Sales
Handle inbound customer queries
Improve inquiry-to-sale conversion
Drive direct website sales through follow-ups
🔹 Data Analysis & Growth Strategy
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
Track ROI across ads, website, and marketplace
Identify growth opportunities and optimize budgets

🎯 Requirements
1–3 years experience in digital marketing / e-commerce
Hands-on experience in:
Meta Ads
Shopify
Amazon/Flipkart
Basic understanding of:

Content strategy
Strong analytical and execution skills

Experience in D2C or kitchen appliances / FMCG
