Job Title : Digital Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities: -
• Plan, execute, and optimize target-driven digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for leads, conversions, cost per lead (CPL), and ROI.
• Manage performance marketing (PPC) budgets and ensure maximum conversion efficiency.
• Generate qualified leads for sales/admissions teams and track lead quality.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to meet targets.
• Execute SEO, SEM, and content strategies aligned with lead generation goals.
• Collaborate with sales, counseling, and design teams to improve conversion rates.
• Create and optimize landing pages and funnels to improve lead-to-conversion ratios.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports against assigned targets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages for performance improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in performance or target-based digital marketing roles.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in EdTech, education, or lead-generation businesses.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems.
• Basic creative skills (Canva, ad copywriting).
