Job Description :
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics.
Generate quality leads through search, display, remarketing, and social media campaigns.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve ROI.
Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and marketing materials.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in A/B testing and performance marketing is preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
Google Ads and Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
