About the Role
Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and driving client acquisition through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for legal services.
Create compelling ad copy, landing page recommendations, and campaign creatives.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI.
Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with content, design, and legal teams to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Meta Business Manager
Meta Pixel
Google Search Console
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing legal, financial, or professional services.
Google Ads Certification.
Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or equivalent certification.
