Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist – Legal Capital Law Firm

Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), SEO, Canva, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing paid campaigns, improving search rankings, creating engaging creatives, and generating qualified legal leads for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max).
Manage Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram to generate legal consultation leads.
Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI.
Implement SEO strategies including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO, and content optimization to improve website rankings.
Create marketing creatives, social media posts, banners, and ad designs using Canva.
Manage social media pages, content calendars, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Manager.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with advocates and content teams to create legal marketing content.
Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates for legal services.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword research, backlink building, and local SEO.
Proficiency in Canva for designing social media creatives and ad banners.
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Pixel Tracking.
Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Experience marketing service-based businesses; legal industry experience is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
Experience with legal, consulting, or professional services marketing.
