Job Description

Plan and execute complete digital marketing activities for real estate projects.
Design and create brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media creatives.
Work on brochure layout, project presentation (PPT), and layout plan designing.
Handle video editing for project walkthroughs, reels, promotional videos, and testimonials.
Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns and lead generation.
Design and update website pages, landing pages, and basic website content.
Coordinate with sales team to create marketing materials and promotional strategies.
Maintain and update project details like pricing, amenities, location map, and offers.
Handle lead tracking, campaign reports, and performance analysis.
Work on branding, promotional planning, and improving company online presence.
Ensure all creatives and marketing materials follow company branding standards
