• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Location: Bangalore – On-site

Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing activities, generate quality leads, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Create, manage, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.

• Track campaign performance, leads, CPL, CPA, and conversions.

• Manage the company's social media pages and content.

• Coordinate with designers for posts, reels, videos, and advertisements.

• Monitor lead quality and take feedback from the BDE/Sales team.

• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce marketing costs.

• Monitor website and landing-page performance.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.

• Coordinate with the BDE team to improve lead-to-customer conversion.

Daily Work

• Check previous day's campaign performance and leads.

• Monitor and optimize active advertisements.

• Work on new campaigns and creatives.

• Check lead quality with the BDE/Sales team.

• Manage social media posts and content.

• Track spend, leads, CPL, conversions, and CPA.

• Update the daily marketing report.

• Plan the next day's marketing activities.

Requirements

• 0 - 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing preferred.

• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Good understanding of lead generation and social media marketing.

• Basic knowledge of analytics and campaign reporting.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Experience in finance, investment, insurance, or fintech is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
