We are seeking a Digital Marketer with 2–3 years of experience who can seamlessly combine digital marketing expertise with creative graphic design skills. This dual-role position requires someone who can plan and execute digital campaigns while also designing visually compelling marketing materials such as catalogues, posters, and digital creatives.
Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and social media.
Conduct SEO keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic link-building activities.
Manage content calendars, publish blogs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics/GA4 and other tools.
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Graphic Design
Design catalogues, posters, brochures, flyers, and digital creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
Create engaging social media graphics, ad banners, and email templates.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate campaign needs into compelling visuals.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Stay updated with design trends and apply them to campaigns.
Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management
SEO (on-page, keyword research, content optimization)
Email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
Analytics & reporting (Google Analytics/GA4, UTM tracking)
Content management systems (WordPress or similar)
Social media marketing & scheduling tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
Strong layout and typography skills for catalogues and posters
Ability to design marketing collateral for both print and digital use
Knowledge of color theory, branding, and visual storytelling
Basic video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Creativity with attention to detail
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
Time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (preferred).
2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
A strong portfolio showcasing catalogue, poster, and digital campaign designs.
Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or design tools are a plus.
