Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Presales & Digital Marketing Executive who can support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement through strong marketing execution, CRM handling, and smart use of AI tools.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys blending marketing creativity with sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Presales Support
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations
Handle inbound leads, qualify prospects, and coordinate follow-ups
Support product/service positioning during customer discussions
Digital Marketing
Execute digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Manage social media presence and content calendar for GOLSH2E
Work on SEO, website updates, and performance marketing basics
CRM & Lead Management
Maintain and update customer data in CRM
Track lead journeys, nurture prospects, and generate reports
Ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline visibility
AI & Automation Usage
Use AI tools for content, outreach, and productivity
Explore AI-based insights for improving campaign performance and customer targeting
Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams for branding, customer communication, and sales strategy
Participate in marketing brainstorming and growth initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, presales, or CRM-related roles
Strong understanding of:
Digital marketing channels (social, email, paid ads)
CRM platforms and lead tracking
Basic sales funnel and customer engagement process
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and productivity
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience with B2B marketing or sustainability/energy sector
Knowledge of marketing automation workflows
Basic graphic/content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
