Digital Marketing Executive

🧑‍💻 Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

• Manage and grow company social media profiles including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.

• Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads for lead generation.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ads for better ROI.

• Generate and manage travel-related leads through various digital platforms.

• Track leads and coordinate with the sales team for proper follow-up and conversion.

• Research competitors, market trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for social media, paid campaigns, leads, and conversions.

• Collaborate with the content and sales teams to promote tour packages and seasonal offers.

🎓 Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Relevant certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

🎯 Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO & Paid Advertising.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook content, YouTube Shorts, etc.

• Must have knowledge of AI tools and be able to create AI-generated videos, reels, images, and marketing content.

• Ability to use AI tools for content creation, video editing, scripting, voiceovers, and social media marketing.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or other graphic-design tools is preferred.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics/Search Console will be an advantage.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to create engaging and travel-focused content.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
