About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with core expertise in the D2C business domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing campaigns across multiple paid media platforms, optimizing for ROI, and leveraging analytics tools to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets, track performance metrics, and deliver on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate).
Set up and optimize tracking, pixels, and conversion events through Google Tag Manager & Meta Pixel.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to improve CTR and conversions.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for campaign scaling.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure ad creatives and messaging align with brand strategy.
Stay updated with D2C trends, tools, and performance marketing best practices.
Core Requirements
2+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, specifically in the D2C business domain.
Strong understanding of campaign management & optimization across paid media channels.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and remarketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio/Excel reporting.
Good knowledge of attribution models, funnels, and customer journey mapping.
Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B testing.
Technical Skills & Tools Required
Advertising Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
Analytics & Tracking: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, UTM tagging
Reporting: Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI
Automation/CRM (Preferred): HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zapier
Other Tools: Hotjar, Mixpanel, SEMrush/Ahrefs (for insights)
