About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our EdTech institute. The ideal candidate will train students and professionals in modern digital marketing strategies, tools, and practices, helping them build real-world skills for the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Digital Marketing concepts including:
SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing
Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Influencer Marketing
Web Analytics, Google Analytics, and Marketing Automation Tools
Develop course materials, assignments, and projects aligned with industry standards.
Conduct live sessions, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions for learners.
Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Mentor learners on real-world projects, campaigns, and portfolio-building.
Required Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, Google Analytics, etc.)
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and campaign execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex topics and make sessions interactive and practical
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint (preferred)
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2–5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing or Training
Prior teaching/training experience in EdTech or corporate training (preferred)
