Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Ahmedabad Back Office (Hybrid: Work from Home + Office)

Working Hours:

• Work from Home: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM IST

• Work from Office: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Industries: Solar | Real Estate | Construction Management

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to handle end-to-end digital marketing for our Australian companies in the solar, real estate, and construction sectors. You’ll manage campaigns, website content, and social media — all from our Ahmedabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Ads

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for multiple Australian businesses

• Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads & LinkedIn Ads

• Perform keyword research, track ROI, and analyze campaign results

Social Media & Content

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube pages

• Create engaging posts, ad copies & captions

• Plan monthly content calendars

• Coordinate with the design team for creatives & videos

Website & SEO

• Update websites, landing pages & upload blogs or listings

• Maintain website performance and user experience

• Implement on-page/off-page SEO for organic growth

Email & CRM Marketing

• Design and schedule email/newsletter campaigns

• Manage lead nurturing via HubSpot / Zoho / Mailchimp

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare monthly marketing reports

• Coordinate with Australian teams for campaign goals

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Marketing / Business / Communication

• Min. 2 year hands-on experience in Digital Marketing

• Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & WordPress

• Good content writing & communication skills

• Familiar with Canva / Adobe / Analytics tools

• Australian market knowledge – a plus!
