About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand presence across all social media platforms, driving engagement, and producing visually appealing content. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies for Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) while utilizing your skills in photography, content editing, and video production.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute effective social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

Manage day-to-day social media activities — including content creation, posting, monitoring, and community engagement.

Optimize social media pages to increase visibility and engagement (SMO).

Create and edit visual content including photos, videos, and graphics using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.

Capture high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, events, and social posts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader brand campaigns and messaging.

Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and provide monthly reports on social media performance.

Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.

(Preferred) Manage and update content on WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media management, SMM, and SMO.

Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Strong photography and videography skills.

Basic to intermediate video editing and motion graphics knowledge.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

(Bonus) Working knowledge of WordPress and basic SEO principles.
