Key Responsibilities
Strategy Implementation: Build and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
SEO/SEM & Content: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to enhance website visibility. Create engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, social media posts) focused on packaging trends and compliance.
Social Media & B2B Marketing: Manage company social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, to engage with pharmaceutical decision-makers.
Lead Generation: Launch optimized online ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
Website Management: Maintain company websites, focusing on improving user experience (UX) and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and SEMrush, reporting on ROI, KPIs, and conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, pharma packaging, or pharmaceutical industries.
Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta Ads Manager.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Pharma Knowledge: Understanding of pharma industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., sustainability standards, drug safety packaging) is a strong plus.
Creativity: Strong copywriting and content development skills to create engaging professional content.
