Role Overview
Reputed IT Start Up & we are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can generate high-quality leads and build strong online visibility for our technology services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO implementation, and lead generation strategies.
Location: Bangalore/Remote
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
Manage Google Ads campaigns to generate quality business leads.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
2. Social Media Marketing
Manage company profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Create engaging posts, campaigns, and promotional content.
Generate inbound leads through social engagement and paid promotions.
3. Lead Generation
Generate leads through organic and paid digital marketing channels.
Use methods like email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold outreach, and database-driven campaigns.
Identify and target potential clients relevant to our IT services.
4. SEO Implementation
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for company websites.
Optimize website pages for search engine ranking and traffic growth.
Monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and SEO performance.
5. Lead Platforms Management
Handle lead generation platforms such as:
Justdial
IndiaMART
Other B2B lead marketplaces
Respond to inquiries and track potential opportunities.
6. Lead Qualification & Coordination
Filter and qualify incoming leads before forwarding to the sales team.
Maintain lead records and update CRM or tracking sheets.
Ensure smooth coordination between marketing and sales teams.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies
Hands-on experience in Google Ads & Social Media Marketing
Basic understanding of SEO (On-page & Off-page)
Experience with lead generation tools and databases
Knowledge of IT industry services and requirements
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to identify high-quality prospects
Preferred Skills
Experience working with IT companies or tech services
Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Familiarity with CRM tools
Understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
