🎯 Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with proven expertise in email campaign strategy and CRM-based marketing automation. The role is critical to driving qualified lead generation for our service portfolio through well-targeted, data-driven email campaigns.

📍 Work Location

Begur Road, Bengaluru
📌 Mode: Onsite (Full-Time)
⏳ Experience: 2–5 Years
📅 Joiners: Immediate or Short Notice Preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting B2B prospects across service categories such as GST, ITR, TDS, and ROC compliance.

• Operate CRM tools like SalesShark, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar platforms for audience segmentation, list management, and automated workflow execution.

• Collaborate with internal content and design teams to develop high-conversion email templates and persuasive communication.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates) and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through A/B testing and reporting.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in data privacy, opt-in compliance, and marketing communication standards.

• Support the digital marketing team with cross-channel integrations when required (landing pages, retargeting, lead forms, etc.).

✅ Required Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in Email Marketing & Automation Tools (SalesShark, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.)

• Email Marketing, CRM Tools, CRM Campaigns, Lead Generation, B2B Lead Generation, Campaign Management, Marketing Automation, Email Content Writing, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, SalesShark CRM, B2B Campaigns, Email Strategist

• Understanding of B2B Lead Generation Funnel and campaign lifecycle

• Proficiency in writing engaging email content & CTAs

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with email performance metrics

• Basic HTML knowledge for formatting (added advantage)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
