We are looking for a digitally comfortable, detail-oriented candidate who can work across two areas: social-media management/content creation and Excel-based real-estate data verification. The role is suitable for freshers or candidates with limited professional experience who have practical exposure to social media and are willing to learn the real-estate side of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and regularly update the company's Instagram, Facebook and YouTube pages.
• Create and publish posts, reels, stories and other basic digital content.
• Use Canva or similar tools to create clean, professional social-media creatives.
• Assist in setting up, organising and maintaining social-media pages, profiles and content calendars.
• Write or adapt basic captions, descriptions and promotional content for digital channels.
• Upload and organise videos, images and other content across social platforms.
• Track basic social-media activity, engagement and content performance.
• Work with AI-generated real-estate research and datasets provided by the company.
• Verify AI-generated information using reliable online sources rather than accepting it blindly.
• Check project information such as developer details, location, pricing, specifications, approvals and other relevant data.
• Update, clean and maintain structured information in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Identify incorrect, missing or inconsistent information and flag it for review.
• Support other digital-marketing and real-estate research activities as required.
What We Are Looking For
• Practical familiarity with Instagram and Facebook.
• Basic understanding of how to create posts, reels and stories and manage a social-media page.
• Familiarity with YouTube uploads and basic channel management.
• Basic working knowledge of Canva or another content-creation tool.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good internet-search and information-verification skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn AI tools such as ChatGPT and use them responsibly.
• Good written English, attention to detail and willingness to learn about real estate.
Who Should Apply
Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates from marketing, digital media, commerce, management, communications or similar backgrounds can apply. Previous real-estate experience is not required; training on the real-estate side will be provided.
Preference will be given to candidates who have personally managed an Instagram/Facebook page, college society page, small-business page, internship account, YouTube channel or similar digital project - even if it was not a full-time job.
This Role Is a Good Fit If You Enjoy
• Digital work: Instagram + Facebook + YouTube + content creation
• Data work: Excel + online research + checking AI-generated information
• Learning: Understanding real-estate projects, markets and digital marketing in a hands-on environment
Important
This is not primarily a sales or client-servicing position. The successful candidate should be comfortable switching between social-media tasks and structured data/research work during the day.
