About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Black Hat Ads Specialist who has strong hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign optimization, tracking, and scaling performance campaigns. The candidate should be highly analytical, creative, and capable of identifying opportunities to improve ROI and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms.

Develop advanced strategies for lead generation, conversion, and campaign scaling.

Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and overall ROI.

Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.

Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.

Work on audience research, retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.

Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new advertising opportunities.

Manage advertising budgets effectively while maintaining desired performance.

Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.

Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, policies, algorithms, and industry trends.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Strong knowledge of paid media and performance marketing.

Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and attribution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with lead generation and sales-focused campaigns.

Ability to test, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance data.

Good understanding of landing pages, funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.

Strong knowledge of ad creatives, copywriting, and campaign strategy.

Preferred Experience

2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.

Experience handling high-volume lead-generation campaigns will be preferred.

Experience in EdTech, education, or lead-generation businesses will be an added advantage.
