Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Concord Logistics & Services who can transport items from one place to another. The role requires pick up and drop off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Manage and guide Field Executives, delivery staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations.

• Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely pickups and deliveries while minimizing travel time and fuel costs.

• Attendance and Work Allocation: Monitor team attendance, punctuality, and daily work assignments.

• Sample Tracking: Ensure proper tracking, handling, and transportation of samples in accordance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team productivity, daily targets, and operational performance, and take corrective action when required.

• Coordination: Coordinate with laboratories, clients, and local management to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.

• Reporting: Maintain daily reports related to sample pickups, deliveries, attendance, kilometres travelled, and operational activities.

• Issue Resolution: Handle delays, complaints, missed pickups, and other logistics-related issues promptly.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure employees follow company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and professional conduct standards..

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Delivery job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
