  • Deliver customer orders safely and on time.

  • Pick up orders from the assigned store/hub and deliver them to customers.

  • Follow the assigned delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Handle customer interactions professionally and provide good service.

  • Maintain proper cash/payment records, if applicable.

  • Ensure the delivery vehicle/bike is maintained in good condition.

  • Follow company safety and operational guidelines.

  • Complete all assigned deliveries and update delivery status through the mobile app.
