KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

·         Build and manage sourcing funnels for delivery riders, Fieet Staff, and field Executives.

·         Manage a recruitment team (if needed) to fulfil bulk hiring targets.

·         Coordinate with sourcing partners, job portals, filed recruiters, and internal teams.

·         Drive onboarding, documentation, police verification, and training.

·         Ensures manpower availability across multiple sites/ locations as per client requirements.

·         Prepare daily progress reports and hiring MIS.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

·         3+ years’ experience in bulk /BPO / Blue – Collar Hiring or logistics / fieet management.

·         Strong local network with recruiters and manpower vendors.

·         Experience handing onboarding and compliance.

·         Excellent toacrlination and people skills.

·         Willing to travel locally if needed.

·         Experience in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, HRMS (plus point).
