We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Delivery Boy to join our team. The Delivery Boy will be responsible for transporting goods, packages, or food items to customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will ensure safe delivery, maintain excellent customer service, and adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages, food, or goods to customers as per assigned schedules.

• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries using navigation tools or GPS apps.

• Verify order accuracy before loading and ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage.

• Load and unload delivery vehicles, handling packages with care.

• Collect payments (cash or digital) from customers when required and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries or complaints professionally.

• Maintain delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., refueling, cleaning) and report any vehicle issues promptly.

• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during deliveries.
