We are looking for a reliable and punctual delivery executive to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth, timely, and safe delivery of packages/orders to customers, maintaining high service standards and professional behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up items from the dispatch center/store and deliver them accurately to recipient locations on time.
Verify orders and ensure goods are intact before delivery.
Collect cash payments or digital payment confirmations where required.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries politely.
Use GPS navigation tools and follow traffic laws to ensure safe and efficient delivery routes.
Maintain daily logs of completed deliveries, collections, and delivery receipts.
Requirements & Skills:
Valid driving license and a two-wheeler/vehicle (if personal vehicle is required).
Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation apps (Google Maps).
Good time management, organizational, and customer handling skills.
Ability to handle physical packages and load/unload items carefully.
Prior experience in delivery roles is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
