Key Responsibilities:
1 Connect with prospective and existing customers through calls and follow-ups
2 Explain health insurance products, coverage benefits, and policy features clearly
3 Understand client requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans
4 Generate leads and convert them into policy sales
5 Assist clients with renewals and basic claim guidance
6 Build and maintain strong client relationships
7 Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales
8 Achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
1 (6 months to 2 years) of experience in Health Insurance / Insurance Sales
2 Strong communication and convincing skills
3 Understanding of health insurance products
4 Basic computer knowledge
5 Target-driven mindset.
