Job Title: Voice Process Executive

Krazybee Services Private Limited is hiring Voice Process Executives for its Bangalore office. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving queries.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support.
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to company processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers: Graduation completed (mandatory).
- Experienced Candidates: 12th Pass with relevant experience.
- Good communication skills in English + any one regional language: Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work from the office.
Salary:
- 0 Month – 1 Year Experience: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- 2+ Years Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
