Job Description:

• We are looking for a Junior Counsellor / Tele Counsellor who is confident on calls and interested in counselling students/customers for courses/services. The role involves inbound & outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and guiding prospects through the enrolment process.

Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls to students/customers from provided data

• Explain courses / services clearly and handle basic queries

• Counsel interested leads and assist them with enrolment/admission process

• Regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp & emails

• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM / Excel sheets

• Achieve daily & monthly call and conversion targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions/conversions

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Confident in calling & target-based roles

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM preferred)

• Customer-friendly attitude with convincing skills
