Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Onboard students after they download our Free Study Abroad App. All our services are free.

2. Shortlist universities through the app based on student profiles and preferences.

3. Follow up with universities/partners for offer letters.

4. Follow up with students for application fees and deposits as per the admission offer terms.

5. Prepare students for visa interviews and follow up until their successful enrollment at the university.

6. Handle application tagging and agent tagging of students in the system.

Requirements:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

2. Strong negotiation, convincing, and telesales skills.

3. Willingness to work extended hours as required.

4. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to accept and achieve targets within deadlines.

5. Basic IT skills.

6. Strict compliance with SOP, CRM, and mobile app usage.
