Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support across a range of queries and concerns. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through efficient, empathetic, and effective problem resolution—taking full ownership of the customer experience wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service through voice, email, or chat support.

  • Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact (First Call Resolution – FCR).

  • Take ownership of issues, perform necessary research, and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Route complex queries to the appropriate department if needed.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

  • Contribute to team goals and maintain individual performance metrics.

  • Understand and contribute to Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and other KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

  • Understanding of CSAT and FCR metrics.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Willingness to work in UK/US rotational shifts.
