Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through chat and provide clear and polite support.
Track orders and update customers about delivery status or delays.
Process refunds or compensation as per company policy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant team when required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree . and Minimum 0–2 years You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 Working Days during the Day Shift .
