We are looking for a Voice & Non-Voice Customer Support Executive to join our team at New Modem Buildwell Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Loan/ Credit Card. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹22000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collection of payment dues against construction-linked demand.
- Handling customer queries through calls, walk-ins, and emails.
- Execution and coordination of bank loan documentation.
- Tie-up with minimum two banks for housing loan facilities.
- Execution of registry and handover of flats & plots.
- Completion of PDA formalities and allotment process.
- Conversion of cancelled units into fresh bookings.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to 6 days working week during the Day shift and immediate joiner preferred.
- Experience in banking, home loans, or customer relationship roles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage documentation and client interactions independently.
