✨ WE ARE HIRING | OPERATION EXECUTIVE (VOICE & NON-VOICE) ✨

JuniGadi Vehicle Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to handle Dealer Onboarding for our platform.

💼 ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Position: Operation Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)

  • Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

  • Location: Ahmedabad (iHUB Gujarat)

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dealer Onboarding: Connect with vehicle dealers and successfully onboard them and their inventory onto the JuniGadi application and website.

  • Process Support: Assist dealers with document verification, listing vehicles, and resolving query tickets via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat support.

  • Account Coordination: Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to ensure smooth dealer integration.

🔹 ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: BCA / B.Voc.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in Customer Support, Telesales, or Operations in Automobile / Startup applications.

  • Languages: Fluency in Gujarati & Hindi is required.

  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge + Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.

  • Age Limit: 19 to 35 Years.
