Process: Blended – Email Process

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 (per month)

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 months in the BFSI sector AND at least 1 year in Customer Service.

Core Skills: Strong written communication, professional email etiquette, and problem-solving.

Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial concepts, EMI schedules, loan disbursements, and handling redressal queue cases.
